Quickstart

Get started with AceSteps in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites​

  • A Farcaster account
  • A wallet with ETH on Base Network (for gas fees)
  • Access to the AceSteps Mini App

The Creator Journey​

1. CREATE   →  Enter a text prompt describing your music
              Example: "emotional piano ballad about lost love"

2. PREVIEW  →  AI generates music in seconds, listen to preview
              30-second generation: ~4.5 seconds

3. SAVE     →  Click "Save" to mint as NFT
              Song stored in your private library (unpublished)

4. PUBLISH  →  Make song public on the platform
              Start earning from listens

5. TOKENIZE →  Enable trading to let fans invest
              Get 80,000 tokens (80%), 20,000 go to liquidity pool

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet​

Open the AceSteps Mini App on Farcaster:

  1. Open Warpcast on mobile or desktop
  2. Navigate to AceSteps Mini App
  3. Click "Connect Wallet"
  4. Approve the connection

Your wallet is now connected to Base Network.

Step 2: Create Your First Song​

Enter a prompt to generate AI music:

"chill lofi beat with rain sounds and soft piano"

Prompt Tips​

  • Be specific about genre and mood
  • Include 3-5 descriptive elements
  • Mention instruments if important

Generation Process​

  1. Click Generate
  2. Wait ~4.5 seconds for AI to create your song
  3. Preview the result
  4. Click Regenerate if you want a different version

Step 3: Mint as NFT​

Once you're satisfied with your song:

  1. Click Save
  2. Confirm the transaction in your wallet
  3. Pay gas fee (~$0.01 on Base)
  4. Song is now an NFT in your wallet

Your song is saved to your Library with isPublished: false.

Step 4: Publish Your Song​

To make your song discoverable:

  1. Go to Library
  2. Select your song
  3. Click Publish
  4. Confirm the transaction

After publishing:

  • Song visible on platform
  • Play tracking begins
  • Ad revenue starts flowing to you

Step 5: Enable Trading (Optional)​

To let fans invest in your song:

  1. Select your published song
  2. Click Enable Trading
  3. Confirm the transaction

What happens:

NFT → Permanently locked in SongVault
      ↓
100,000 tokens minted
      ↓
80,000 tokens → Your wallet
20,000 tokens → Uniswap V4 pool
      ↓
Trading begins!

The Fan/Investor Journey​

1. DISCOVER →  Browse trending songs, top performers, new releases

2. LISTEN   →  Stream music like any streaming platform

3. INVEST   →  Buy "shares" of songs you believe in
              ETH → Song Tokens via Uniswap V4

4. EARN     →  Song gains popularity → Ad revenue → Token price rises

5. TRADE    →  Sell anytime on the open market
              Song Tokens → ETH via Uniswap V4
